Forever Red Exclusively at Bath & Body Works

I’ve never been the type of girl to spray myself with smelly goods and seek out perfumes. In fact, I’m the girl who recently just cleaned out my closet from childhood and threw away multiple lotions and body sprays that I received as presents over the years. I never have really been concerned with how I smelled or found something that I would want to wear on me all day long.

I recently was sent a Cosmo VoxBox from Influenster. One of the items in the box was a small bottle of Bath & Body Works’ Forever Red. Since I received the perfume for free I decided that I had to at least give it a go.

I sprayed in and was greeted by a combination of pomegranate, peach, osmanthus, marshmallow, and vanilla rum. This sweet and floral smell sums up my personality perfectly: it is flirty, girly, but still sophisticated.

It’s not the strongest of perfumes, but for some of us (like me) that’s perfect. I don’t want a perfume that lingers for miles. I don’t want a perfume that’s up in everyone else’s business making them sneeze. I want a perfume that if you’re close to me, you smell. I want a perfume that smells like me. And this perfume from Bath & Body Works does just that.

Take today for example. I spritzed some of the scent on me at about 10 a.m., after I got out of my shower. It is nearly 11 p.m. now and I still smell the slight reminiscence of the sweet smell.

The perfume does run quite pricey at $44.50 for a 2 1/2 oz bottle. The mist however is a lot cheaper, so when I run out of the perfume I will have to give the mist a go and see if it meets the high bar that the perfume set.
